Preparing For Your Visit
Preparing For Your Visit
From the moment you contact our office, we aim to make your first visit seamless and informative. During your initial call, our team will guide you through the scheduling process and gather important details about your health concerns, medical history, and referral source. You’ll receive an email with a link to complete your intake forms and access helpful resources, including a “Welcome” video and an office tour. These materials are designed to familiarize you with our practice and ensure you arrive fully prepared for your consultation.
We encourage all patients to plan for approximately 60 to 90 minutes for their first appointment. It’s important to bring your spouse or both parents (if applicable) to the visit. Their presence ensures they can see the doctor’s evaluation, hear the findings and recommendations, and participate in discussions about the care plan and investment.
Comprehensive Consultation & Evaluation
Your first visit begins with a thorough consultation and evaluation. The doctor will take time to review your health history, discuss your symptoms, and perform a physical examination to assess your condition. If necessary, diagnostic x-rays will be taken to provide a clearer understanding of your underlying health concerns. The doctor will then analyze the findings and outline a personalized care plan designed to address your specific needs and wellness goals.
This initial evaluation is not only focused on identifying the root cause of your discomfort but also on empowering you with knowledge about your condition and the steps required to achieve lasting relief and improved function.
