What was your lifestyle before the Ideal Protein diet and how did you feel?
"I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted it. I over ate a lot of sugary, high fat foods to comfort myself but they never fully satisfied me so I ate more. I would exercise for a couple of days and then do nothing for weeks. I had to keep buying bigger and bigger clothes. I was depressed and I tried to hide how much food I ate from others by sneaking it."
